Today
When booking
You pay the deposit plus the security bond (40% of the total price). Your spot is confirmed and the trip is on.
Cancellation window
Up to 30 days before
You can cancel your trip at any time before this date. You won't have to pay the remaining amount. However, the deposit and security bond are non-refundable.
Final payment
30 days before the trip
The remaining 60% of the total price is charged. From this point the trip is fully confirmed and paid.
Summary
- When booking you pay 40% of the total price (deposit + bond). Your spot is locked in.
- 30 days before the trip the remaining 60% is charged to fully confirm your spot.
- If you cancel before the 30-day mark, you won't need to pay the remaining amount, but the deposit and bond already paid are non-refundable.
